WHAT TYPE OF CAMERAS DO WE SUPPLY?
We
now sell three varieties of cameras. Our premium cameras are
AGFA cameras pre-loaded with 400 ASA 27 exposure film.
These cameras have a flash range of 1 to 4
metres.
We
also sell standard cameras which are recycled (reloaded)
Fuji cameras which are preloaded with AGFA 400 ASA 27
exposure film. These cameras are recycled by specialists
under controlled conditions and have a flash range of 1 to
3 metres.
We
now have Re-Usable cameras which can be
used many times over just like a normal camera.

WHAT IS THE RANGE OF THE FLASH?
The Premium AGFA cameras have an electronic flash range of 1 metre and a maximum range of 4 metres.
The
budget cameras have a flash range of 1 to 3 metres.
The
Re-Usable cameras have a flash range of 1-4 metres
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE CAMERAS?
The film shelf life is up to 2 years.
DO THE CAMERAS TAKE GOOD PHOTOGRAPHS?
The cameras take
excellent quality photos and instructions are printed on the cameras. We also supply table cards with instructions for guests at your celebration. The flash needs to be used indoors.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders are handled promptly and will be despatched within 4 working days from receipt of your order. If your payment is by cheque please allow 3 working days for clearance. If your order is urgent please ring us to discuss and we will do everything possible to have your cameras delivered as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
We use the largest Mail Order processing company in
Australia called Extrafilm. We provide you with
envelopes which have the processing and postage to
Extrafilm prepaid. Return postage of prints is a flat
rate of $10.00. Processing is returned within 7 working
days and online delivery of your photos is available
within 3 working days. If If you have provided your
email address on the prepaid envelopes you will be
advised by email when the photos are available online
along with a link to lead you to them.
CAN I HAVE MY
PHOTOS ON YOUR WEB GALLERY?
Should you wish to share your photos electronically we can also display for a limited period of time some of your prints on our website so you can share them with family and friends.
All you will need to do is send us the photos once
developed that you would like on your own webpage and we
will scan them and upload your own page. We will advise
you by email when it is completed and send you the link
and your photos back via the mail.

OUR GUARANTEE
We have a replacement policy for our cameras if they’re defective. The same policy applies for processing. We only use brand new cameras and do not recycle them. Providing your guests will use the cameras properly and follow the instructions on the cameras they will take good quality photos.
